My life would certainly not be the same without our pet dogs. If you have your own pets, you will get what I am saying. Yes, life indeed resolves around them. They cost money and take up lots of your time. You can’t go out or away without some serious planning and potentially expensive arrangements for the dogs.
If you are lucky enough to own your own dog, cat, or any pet, you are fortunate enough to spend time with the most loyal companion you have ever had.
For all of my adult life, I have had pets. Dogs, cats, gerbils, hamsters, and fish, we have had quite the menagerie.
We now share our home with three of the most amazing dogs ever. We have a Jack Russell Terrier, our beloved German Shepherd dog, and a cheeky little Pomeranian. Despite their dramatic size difference, unique personalities, and the odd set to, they are firm friends.
They are not only entertaining; they are great for my health too. These dogs get me out of the house for an excellent thirty-minute brisk walk twice a day without fail.
After a long day at work, regardless of when I get home, the people of the house are most probably missing doing their own thing. These little guys, however, are always barking at the front window to welcome me home.
Despite this craziness, I love them all to bits and could never imagine what life would be like at home without these beautiful animals playing such a large part in our lives.
Owning a pet is a serious commitment and requires a lot of thought and money to back up your responsibility. Insurance, food, accessories, vets bills, they soon add up. Owning a pet is like having a tattoo; you really need to be sure before you commit.
